(New York, NY) - Razor & Tie will release the first compilation from the recently acquired catalog of ZTT and Stiff Records. The first in a new compilation series, Zambient One, set for release on June 4th in the U.S. and Canada, is ZTT's take on the long-running, successful compilation series Late Night Tales, Another Late Night, and Balearica. The 12 track album mixes both ZTT and Stiff Records artists and features 6 unreleased tracks from Art of Noise, 808 State, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Propaganda, and more.

The soundtrack to an imaginary road movie, Zambient One's chilled out, 21st Century lounge music is split into three parts, heading off from Sarm Studios in West London on a torrential Friday night and arriving at the burning embers of Studios Mediterraneo in Ibiza just in time for sunrise on Sunday. The resulting album is a very personal collection of modern day lullabies and wake-up calls.

Formed last year, the Columbus, OH based death metal band Death of an Era is the latest addition to join the Artery Recordings, the joint venture between The Artery Foundation and Razor & Tie. INVSN was formed by Dennis Lyxzen (Refused, The International Noise Conspiracy) along with musicians Andre Sandstrom (DS-13), Sara Almgren (The International Noise Conspiracy), Richard Osterman, and Anders Stenberg (Lykke Li, Deportees).

The band is currently well into the writing process of their forthcoming new studio album which will be released through a newly created band label imprint via Razor & Tie.

The new music sees founding members Bradley Bell, Pat Mcmanaman, Derrick Frost, and Matt Goddard reunited with charismatic founding front man, Craig Owens and also introduces fans to the band's newest member, guitarist Thomas Erak (formerly from The Fall Of Troy).

As previously announced, the band will perform on the main stage on the Van's Warped Tour (tour dates below).

Chiodos' Craig Owens comments, "We're very excited to be working with Razor & Tie. The label is one that we as a band have looked to as a source of integrity filled rock music for some time now. (New York, NY) - Razor & Tie announces the addition of the English alt-rock band Deaf Havana to its North American label roster. The band recently completed work on their forthcoming new studio album, Old Souls, which will be released on September 17th on Razor & Tie in North America and on September 16th on BMG Chrysalis in the U.K.

Deaf Havana's James Veck-Gilodi comments, "We are over the moon to be working with Razor & Tie on our forthcoming releases. We had a lot of great options but we felt these guys really understood the vision for where we want to go in North America. The contest, running through June 24th is for a fan-created music video for their new song "Asking too Much." All That Remains has also partnered with social video platform, Vyclone to encourage fans to film and upload All That Remains performing "Asking Too Much" during their current tour using the Vyclone app. These fan-created videos will be used online across official All That Remains websites and social outlets.
