Band to Hit the Road on Warped Tour June 15

(New York, NY): Things are heating up for Atlanta's favorite party moshers Attila. In advance of the June 25th release of their new album About That Life (Artery Recordings/Razor & Tie), the band has partnered with Spotify and Revolver to exclusively stream the album's title track today, May 24th, through Tuesday, May 28th. Hear "About That Life" HERE.

On May 28th, the song "About That Life" will be made available for purchase at all DSPs. Fans who pre-order About That Life on the iTunes Store will also receive the song as an "instant grat" track.

Early praise for About That Life, which is shaping up to be one of the "must hear" and "can't miss" albums of Summer 2013, is starting to pour in, with ARTISTdirect.com proclaiming, "Attila don't fuck around. They make true blue party metal that the world could use more of. We've gotten too accustomed to 'down and out' emocore and overly cerebral hipster metal. It's time to wild out and scream 'Show me your tits' once more. Isn't that what rock 'n' roll is about?" and labeling the band "exactly what metal needs." Meanwhile, Under the Gun declares "no one does party metal quite like them."

Ahead of the release of About That Life, the band will hit the road and lay waste to venues across the country -a practice that has become their calling card-- as part of the annual Vans Warped Tour. The complete list of upcoming summer tour dates is below.

ABOUT ATTILA: Attila formed in 2005, storming their way onto the metal scene in recent years. They've quickly and deservedly earned a reputation as a good time, "party metal" band. They've developed into an international sensation known for their crushing, explosive live shows. Attila have honed their live chops by remaining on the road in near-nonstop fashion over the last two years, performing with heavyweights such as Asking Alexandria, As I Lay Dying, Alesana, A Skylit Drive, Iwrestledabearonce, Suicide Silence and more, all the while holding their own. As frontman Chris "Fronz" Fronzak puts it, "All we want is for the listener to have a fun experience, and that is the main message behind our music. "Attila's last album, 2011's Outlawed landed at No. 7 on the Billboard Independent Chart; at No. 8 on the Hard Music Chart; and at No. 87 on the Top 200 Chart. The band has sold a combined 56,000 albums to date via Artery/Razor & Tie.

ZTT Records
Currently celebrating their 30th anniversary year, ZTT Records - Zang Tuum Tumb - began life in 1983 as the brainchild of record producer Trevor Horn. The home of futurist pop - A&R'd in its early days by NME writer Paul Morley - the label is home to a game-changing catalogue of electronic pop comprising 50 albums and a further 100 singles including Frankie Goes To Hollywood (Relax - #10 USA Billboard Hot 100, Two Tribes, Welcome To The Pleasuredome), Art of Noise (Moments in Love, Beat Box - #1 US Dance Chart, Close To The Edit - #4 US Dance Chart), Propaganda (a catalogue that dates back to Dr Mabuse - the opening theme of John Hughes' Some Kind of Wonderful) and 808 State (Pacific - #3 Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs, Bombadin - #3 Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs, Cubik - #8 Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs).

Stiff Records
Founded in 1976, Stiff Records was at the heart of the new wave, bringing the world artists as diverse as Elvis Costello, Kirsty MacColl and Ian Dury and what is generally regarded as the first ever punk rock single, New Rose by The Damned. The label set the yardstick for music business marketing, with artwork by Barney Bubbles and an array of memorable slogans, not least "It It Ain't Stiff, It Ain't Worth A F***". Stiff continues to this day, with the 2012 UK #1 single Bom Bom by Sam And The Womp and a back catalogue comprising 150 singles and more than 50 albums of revered 70s and 80s pop, punk and rock. Highlights include Tenpole Tudor's Swords of a Thousand Men (as synched in 2012 to Aardman Animations' Pirates! and in 2011 to US TV ads for EA Games' FIFA 11), Tracey Ullman's They Don't Know (a #8 US hit in 1983 on the Billboard Hot 100), Wreckless Eric's Whole Wide World (recently synched to 2012 MacDonalds Canada TV ads) and Desmond Dekker's Israelites (as featured in Drugstore Cowboy).

THE PIANO GUYS SIGNS WORLDWIDE PUBLISHING DEAL WITH RAZOR & TIE MUSIC PUBLISHING

(New York, NY) - The Piano Guys have signed a worldwide publishing deal with Razor & Tie Music Publishing. A worldwide phenomenon, The Piano Guys, became an internet sensation by way of their immensely successful series of strikingly original self-made music videos which continue to amass millions of views. Formed in 2011, the group has gone on to appear on dozens of high profile television shows, toured the world, and have released two albums to date.

The group's just released sophomore album, The Piano Guys 2, debuted this week on the Billboard Charts with over 11,300 units sold at #1 on Classical Overall, #1 on Classical Crossover, # 1 on New Age, and #38 on the Top 200 Album Chart. Their 2012 hit debut album is also still in the top five on the Classical Overall, Classical Crossover and New Age Billboard charts, spending over 31 weeks at #1 on the New Age chart.

Razor & Tie Music Publishing SVP Sharon Tapper comments, "We are delighted The Piano Guys have chosen Razor & Tie to be their publishing partner. The group has an exceptional aesthetic, combined with a strong work ethic and down to earth approach to life. We look forward to working with their team to further grow their catalog."

"We always wanted to be with a vibrant and exciting independent publisher and we are thrilled to join the Razor & Tie family," adds The Piano Guys.

The Piano Guys began making music videos for fun and their "hobby" turned into a successful music career. Their imaginative mash-ups and arrangements filmed in spectacular videos have so far netted over 228 million YouTube views (and 500,000 new views a day) and they have over 1.6 million YouTube subscribers. Their unique style has garnered rave reviews and performances on The Today Show, Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Katie, CBS This Morning, Fox & Friends among others. The Piano Guys new album, The Piano Guys - Volume 2, features their unique take on music from Pachelbel to The Turtles to Bruno Mars, available for the first time on CD plus a few original recordings. The Piano Guys are currently on the tail-end of their first National U.S. tour and will kick off a Fall tour in October. PBS continues to air their dedicated TV special, "Live At Red Butte Garden" which was filmed at Red Butte Garden Amphitheatre in Utah, in September 2012.

Ironically, The Piano Guys, who got their name from a piano store in St. George, Utah, are a quartet featuring only two musicians - only one being a pianist. Store owner Paul Anderson is the lead videographer for the group and devised the Facebook promotional pageand a YouTube channel featuring well-established, self-described "New Age Classical" pianist Jon Schmidt, who teamed up musically with Steven Sharp Nelson, an innovative cellist. Together, Schmidt and Nelson form the musical core of The Piano Guys, with Anderson - who has since closed the store. Al van der Beek, the fourth "Guy," heads up the group's studio operations, is the main producer, and also assists in co-writing and arranging, as well as percussion and vocal texturing. They create their music videos all together.

CHIODOS JOINS RAZOR & TIE'S WORLDWIDE LABEL ROSTER

CHIODOS JOINS RAZOR & TIE'S WORLDWIDE
LABEL ROSTER

Band Working On New Music With Craig Owens Back In The Fold

(New York, NY) - Razor & Tie is thrilled to announce the addition of influential post-hardcore giants Chiodos to its worldwide label roster. The band is currently well into the writing process of their forthcoming new studio album which will be released through a newly created band label imprint via Razor & Tie.

The new music sees founding members Bradley Bell, Pat Mcmanaman, Derrick Frost, and Matt Goddard reunited with charismatic founding front man, Craig Owens and also introduces fans to the band's newest member, guitarist Thomas Erak (formerly from The Fall Of Troy).

As previously announced, the band will perform on the main stage on the Van's Warped Tour (tour dates below).

Chiodos' Craig Owens comments, "We're very excited to be working with Razor & Tie. The label is one that we as a band have looked to as a source of integrity filled rock music for some time now. Having our own imprint gives us the opportunity to be as creative as we choose, while also giving us a way to get it to the fans in a direct and focused way. This will be the first time we have released music together, since 2008. To say that we are anxious is an understatement."

Chiodos' Bradley Bell adds, "We're extremely excited to do the Warped tour again. It's a tour we first did seven years ago that helped define us as a band and as people. After writing new material for the past few months, it will be very relieving to get back on the stage again and play music for our friends and fans. There needs to be more labels like Razor & Tie out there. I feel like they actually understand the bands motives and will do what it takes to help us present our vision. It's going to be a fun adventure that we are about to embark on with them."

Formed in 2001 in Davison Michigan (just outside Flint, MI), Chiodos released two full length studio albums with lead vocalist Craig Owens (All's Well That Ends Well and Bone Palace Ballet) resulting in sales of over 500,000 units and 740,000 digital tracks in North America alone. All's Well That End's Well (2005) debuted at #3 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart and Bone Palace Ballet (2007) debuted at #5 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart and #1 on the Billboard Independent, Alternative, Rock and Hard Rock Charts.

During a well-documented brief time apart from Chiodos, lead vocalist Owens formed/played with new band D.R.U.G.S. and Chiodos released their third album, Illuminaudio in 2010. Owens reunited with Chiodos in early 2012 and soon after added guitarist Thomas Erak. During the last year, Chiodos played a handful of high profile U.S. shows and toured the UK in early 2013 as part of an annual Kerrang! Magazine branded tour. Chiodos has graced the covers of Alternative Press three times and have received accolades worldwide praising the band's innovative and exhilarating sound. The band has toured extensively headlining the world over, as well as touring with bands such as Linkin Park, Coheed And Cambria, N.I.N., Alice In Chains, The Devil Wears Prada, Bad Religion and many more.

Chiodos is Craig Owens (Vocals), Bradley Bell (Keyboard / Vocals), Pat Mcmanaman (Guitar), Derrick Frost (Drums), Matt Goddard (Bass) and Thomas Erak (Guitar / Vocals).

Chiodos is the latest addition to independent label Razor & Tie's expanding Rock roster that currently includes such artists as All That Remains, The Sword, Hatebreed, Norma Jean, HIM, For Today, P.O.D., Such Gold, Chelsea Grin, Attila, Sworn In, Deaf Havana and more to be announced soon.

Monster Energy's Rock Allegiance Tour, Featuring Volbeat, HIM, All That Remains + Airbourne Set for Late Summer 2013

Los Angeles, CA: If there was ever any question about rock 'n' roll being alive and well, the answer has arrived in the form of Monster Energy's Rock Allegiance Tour. The late summer trek will feature four game-changing rock bands from four different countries, with Volbeat, HIM, All That Remains and Airbourne on the bill.

"The fans have made our North American visits thus far this year great fun and truly memorable," Volbeat frontman Michael Poulsen said. "We are looking forward to headlining Monster Energy's Rock Allegiance festival tour this summer, and sharing the stage with HIM, All That Remains and Airbourne."

Tour dates and on-sale information will announced in the coming days. Information will be posted here.

This year marks the third installment for Monster Energy's Rock Allegiance. The event launched as a traveling tour back in 2011. The following year, it became a "destination festival" in Hershey, Pennsylvania that featured Stone Temple Pilots, Three Days Grace, Seether, Buckcherry, Fuel, Daughtry and more, commandeering Hersheypark Stadium over the Labor Day Weekend.

The fest returns to the road in 2013, which is exactly where it belongs.

The tour will bring American audiences the very best that rock music as a whole has to offer, with a decidedly international feel. Rock music is a universal language and all the acts on this tour embody the spirit of rock 'n' roll without borders.

Danish superstars Volbeat, who have enjoyed No. 1 status at active rock radio, will share the stage with HIM, a cult favorite from Finland whose fans are disciple-like in their devotion. All That Remains have scratched and clawed their way out of Massachusetts and rocketed up the radio charts over the past half-decade, all the while keeping a firm foothold in the hard rock/metal scene. Airbourne have been making a name for themselves ever since emerging from Australia, armed with plenty of riffs and just as much attitude.

Watch the tour promo spot here.

About Volbeat:
Since forming in Copenhagen in 2000, Volbeat has released five studio albums, and two live offerings that have turned the band into superstars, collecting platinum discs and prestigious awards making them one of the most talked about bands around the world. Distilling the rebel spirits of metal, rockabilly, country and western and rock’n’roll into a gas-guzzling beast of a sound, they’ve drawn huge acclaim from music fans worldwide, and earned them the respect and admiration of such iconic musicians as James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich of Metallica (who invited them on tour in 2009), Lemmy and Danish metal legend King Diamond, Dave Mustaine, Hank III, Jon Schaefer, Social Distortion and Scott Ian. Volbeat’s electrifying fifth album, Outlaw Gentlemen & Shady Ladies, debuted at No. 1 in the band's home country of Denmark alongside Canada, Germany, Norway, Switzerland and Austria. The new release saw a debut at No. 2 in Finland, No. 4 in the Netherlands and Sweden, and No. 9 in The United States. Volbeat's Michael Poulsen recently shared, "This is amazing and something we almost can't believe. It's crazy for us to think we did that, but the most fantastic thing about it is we did it with the fans support and dedication to the band. Without your love for the band, this would not be possible. So thanks a lot dear Volbeat fans and listeners. The support you are giving us for our shows and records are something we're very proud of. You people rock big time." Volbeat is Michael Poulsen (vocals/guitar), Anders Kjølholm (bass) and Jon Larsen (drums), joined by former Anthrax/The Damned Things guitarist Rob Caggiano, who produced the new album with longtime Volbeat co-producer Jacob Hansen.

About HIM:

About Airbourne:
Airbourne is the walking, talking, living, breathing, screaming, spitting, fist-pumping embodiment of all that hard rock has encompassed since the movement began. Fun-loving, rip-roaring, hard-partying and filled with melodic danger and grinning optimism, Airbourne craft underdog-championing anthems with reckless abandon. Airbourne manage to call upon the spiritual substance of Thin Lizzy, the gritty, pub-crawling vibe of Motörhead, the grandiose histrionic theatricality of Judas Priest, the unifying audience domination of Iron Maiden and the sharp bite of their fellow Australians in the legendary AC/DC. They’ve stitched together these disparate components into a head-banging Frankenstein monster of their own creation, energizing the entire hard rock scene with their enthusiasm and relentless drive. Black Dog Barking, the band’s triumphant new album, is a furious declaration of all that it means to feel truly alive in service to the great spirit of rock n’ roll music. Airbourne’s third record is nothing less than the sum total of all that Airbourne has aspired to since the band formed in Warrnambool, Victoria, Australia 10 years ago.

Incredible' Me formed in 2012. In that eponymous year, lead singer David Jones and drummer Jaime got together to jam in the latter's garage. Both had recently parted ways with their former local bands, and they wanted to pursue a different path together. Pulling guitarist Lexie Olsen from David's previous outfit, they stumbled upon their sound one fateful evening. Musically the sextet can slip from an irresistible pop melody into a moshpit-parting groove. Incredible' Me is David Jones (Vocals), Jaime Templeton (Drums/Vocals/Programming), Alex Strobaugh (Bass/Vocals), Dillon Jones (Keys/Vocals),Christian Shroyer (Guitar) and Lexie Olsen (Guitar). The band is managed by Eric Rushing and Chris Gacayan of The Artery Foundation and represented for touring by Amanda Fiore at the Pantheon Ganecy.

Artery Recordings is the joint venture between The Artery Foundation and Razor & Tie. Artery Recordings roster now includes Chelsea Grin, Vanna, Attila, I Declare War, A Bullet For Pretty Boy, Close To Home, The Crimson Armada, Hearts & Hands, In Dying Arms, Buried in Verona, and Death Of An Era. A management company since 2004, The Artery Foundation has a knack for finding diamonds in the rough and nurturing them into worldwide prominence. Some of their recent artists flooding the Billboard charts have included Top 40 releases with The Devil Wears Prada and Attack Attack!, Top 100 releases with Alesana and Breath Carolina and additional artists such as Asking Alexandria, Jonny Craig and Dance Gavin Dance. The New York City-based Razor & Tie is one of the fastest growing independent record companies in the United States, and has garnered both Platinum sales and Grammy awards in its 20-year history. Razor & Tie's expanding Rock roster includes such artists as All That Remains, The Sword, HIM Hatebreed, For Today, P.O.D., Such Gold, Nonpoint, Shadows Fall, Norma Jean, Saves The Day and many more.
