The Summer Set To Release New Studio Album "Everything's Fine" July 19th

First Single "Someone Like You" Available Now on iTunes
Fan Album Pre-orders Available at
Band To Tour With We The Kings This Summer

The Summer Set will release their highly anticipated new album, Everything's Fine (Razor & Tie) on July 19th. The 11 track album was recorded in Los Angeles with super-producer John Fields (Jimmy Eat World, Jonas Brothers, Switchfoot, Andrew W.K.). The first single, "Someone Like You," is now available on digital service providers - to purchase it now click here on iTunes

Everything's Fine veers into previously unchartered territory and greatly expands on The Summer Set's upbeat guitar pop sound, last heard on their 2009 debut album Love Like This. The energetic group that roused up audiences on the Vans Warped Tour last year showcases their signature pop muscles and will surprise listeners on some songs with a stripped down sound. Everything's Fine tells the story of about a band that started as teenagers but has since grown into adulthood - and faced some uncertainty along the way. It also distinctly sets the mood for what follows, a loosely-based diary of a relationship from beginning to end. Even the band's new logo and single art sad face is a hint that there are several new sides to the group (PERSONALIZE AND SHARE TSS NEW LOGO HERE).

"The title is a bit sarcastic," admits guitarist John Gomez. "Our first record was just one emotion. Everything's Fine is yin and yang. We've had some ups and downs recently, some breakups, some general trials and tribulations. This is a record that says we're young, but growing up and experiencing new things. So in a way, it's optimistic, too."

Everything's Fine is also available for preorder on in a variety of tiered bundles specially created by the band. An additional preorder bundle will be available on the Glamour Kills website ( on Tuesday, May 24th.

The band spent this past Spring on a national tour with All Time Low and Yellowcard (A fan generated video for "Someone Like You" from the tour is available for viewing here The Summer Set will the hit the road again both overseas in the UK and Japan, and in the States this summer as direct support to We The Kings on the Friday Is Forever Tour getting underway on July 10th in Eureka, Missouri - dates below.

Most recently, The Summer Set's infectious brand of delightfully crafted pop songs have been seen and heard on both MTV's Jersey Shore and The Hard Times of RJ Berger and most notably, ABC's Dancing with the Stars - where singer Brian Dales' ex-girlfriend (actress Chelsea Kane) danced to the band's first hit, aptly named, "Chelsea."

The Arizona based The Summer Set is Brian Dales (vocals), John Gomez (guitar), Stephen Gomez (bass), Josh Montgomery (guitar) and Jess Bowen (drums). Formed as teenagers, the band released their first full length album, Love Like This (Razor & Tie) in 2009. The Summer Set has quickly become a phenomenon throughout the independent music scene, being named one of the 100 Artists To Watch by Alternative Press in 2010 with vocalist Dales featured on the cover, and what appeared to be a never-ending two years of successful tours with high profile artists including All Time Low, Never Shout Never, and Cartel, as well as being part of the AP Tour, Vans Warped Tour, Bamboozle and Hoodwink Festival.

Dave Stewart Muses Bonnie & Clyde, Gypsies, R.L. Burnside On "The Blackbird Diaries," New Release Date

Musician, music producer, author, entrepreneur, filmmaker, and philanthropist Dave Stewart is gearing up for the August 23rd release of The Blackbird Diaries (Razor & Tie/Weapons of Mass Entertainment/Surfdog), his first album of new material in over a decade - a robust, venturous collection of songs that combines an all-star cast of collaborators and Stewart's masterful production with his already-brilliant songwriting.

Stewart recently told Billboard, "it's got this weird mixture, like an Englishman landing in a country, blues, and rock atmosphere, but it has kind of a quirky side to it too." Read the entire story here:

Featuring a co-write with Bob Dylan as well as duets with Stevie Nicks, Martina McBride, Colbie Caillat, and the Secret Sisters, The Blackbird Diaries is indeed a novel approach for Stewart: tenacious rock steeped in Americana and blues riffs with his most personal, story-driven lyrics to date. Stewart yet again proves himself to be one of the most successful and revered songwriters of all time.

Watch Stewart collaborate with Caillat on the seductive "Bulletproof Vest" here:

Over his 30-plus year career, Stewart has amassed a tremendous body of work that has garnered him more than 100 million album sales, a Lifetime Achievement Award, numerous Grammy, MTV, and European music awards, and a reputation as one of the world's most sought-after collaborators. Watch Vanessa on Livestream tomorrow June 7th at 3:30 PM HERE: Viewers can tune in and she will perform live and take questions from the audience.

Rabbits on the Run, Vanessa Carlton's fourth studio album, was produced by Steve Osborne (U2, B-52's, KT Tunstall) and was recorded in the UK at Peter Gabriel's world-renowned Real World Studios. The album returns to a different era of music-making: ten intimate, evocative songs, recorded directly to tape with her close-knit team of collaborators including Steve Osborne, Patrick Hallahan of My Morning Jacket, and Ari Ingber of The Upwelling (all playing on the album). Part inspired by two books: Richard Adams' Watership Down and Stephen Hawking's A Brief History of Time, Rabbits on the Run is by far the most honest and uncompromised album she has recorded to date, revealing a striking departure and an exciting snapshot in the evolution of this exquisite storyteller and inventive musician. Songs include the 70's-sun-drenched "Dear California," the lush "Carousel" and the bold "I Don't Want to Be a Bride."

Three Grammy nominations, three studio albums, platinum sales and a collection of hit songs are some notable results of a fruitful career thus far for Vanessa Carlton. She first exploded onto the scene in 2002 with her stunning debut Be Not Nobody, and world-wide hit single "A Thousand Miles." Vanessa Carlton first began playing the piano as a toddler, continuing on an artistic road with her attendance at the School of American Ballet in New York, a path she would eventually abandon in favor of songwriting. While studying at Columbia University in New York City, Carlton was signed to Interscope Records and has since released three albums featuring songs such as "A Thousand Miles", "White Houses," and "Nolita Fairytale." Carlton's music has resonated with audiences of all ages world-wide and she continues to inspire an increasingly loyal fan base. Vanessa Carlton is managed by Career Artist Management (CAM).

"Vanessa Carlton again demonstrates her knack for pensive, piano-driven pop on 'Carousel' from Rabbits on the Run." People Magazine

"Wistful, piano-led balladry, but there's a touch of darkness and complexity on display here that wasn't as apparent on her earlier hits... she's certainly not just another sensitive girl with a piano..."

SAVES THE DAY TO RELEASE NEW ALBUM DAYBREAK ON SEPTEMBER 13TH ON RAZOR & TIE Buy New Song Off Album "Living Without Love" HERE Band Kicks Off Tour With The Get Up Kids on June 2nd

Saves The Day, the seminal band that helped create and define the emo pop punk genre, returns with their new album, Daybreak, on September 13th through Razor & Tie. The song "Living Without Love" from the new album is available on iTunes for purchase HERE. Pre-Order the album HERE now and get two free tracks instantly - "Living Without Love" and "Undress Me". Various bundles available for purchase. Saves The Day continues to tour and is currently on the road with The Get Up Kids (Dates Below) with future tour dates to be announced soon.

Produced by Marc Jacob Hudson (Two Tongues, Chiodos) and Saves The Day, the much-anticipated Daybreak is the final piece of a three album concept trilogy that started with the 2006 release Sound The Alarm and the 2008 release Under The Boards. Unlike the discontent and remorse of the previous two albums, Daybreak is eleven tracks of growth, acceptance and evolution.

"Daybreak wraps up all the turmoil and misery of the previous two albums and transcends the pain by facing the fear and angst that comes in this life and turning it into growth and positive change," explains singer-guitarist and songwriter Chris Conley.

Saves The Day formed in 1997, releasing their debut album Can't Slow Down in 1998 and followed by Through Being Cool in 1999. 2001's Stay What You Are spawned the memorable "At Your Funeral" as the band continued to evolve and grow. 2003's In Reverie peaked at #27 on the Billboard Top 200, becoming the third Saves The Day album to chart on the Billboard Top 200. In 2006, the band began its concept trilogy, which is now being completed in 2011 with Daybreak. Saves The Day is Chris Conley (Vocals/lead guitar), Arun Bali (Guitar), Rodrigo Palma (Bass) and Claudio Rivera (Drums).

Often cited as one of the most influential bands of their time, Saves The Day has stayed at the forefront of the emo punk scene for almost fifteen years.

Hayley Williams of Paramore cites the band as one of her greatest influences adding, "Saves The Day have been around since before I slipped into this side of the music pool. A friend introduced me to them and I remember wishing I had known the words to "Through Being Cool" while I was still in junior high being picked on for being totally UNcool. Even now, at 22, their music picks me up when I'm down and they remain relevant in a scene that's swim or you're sunk."
