KIDZ BOP SIGNS DODGE BRAND AS PRESENTING SPONSOR OF KIDZ BOP WORLD TOUR
TOUR PROVIDES VENUE FOR EXCLUSIVE DODGE MUSIC VIDEO PLUS CHANCE TO WIN ALL-NEW 2008 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN THROUGH "LET THE MUSIC DRIVE YOU" SWEEPSTAKES
(New York, NY) - KIDZ BOP, the most popular and most recognized children's audio brand in the U.S., has secured the Dodge Grand Caravan as the presenting sponsor of its highly-anticipated KIDZ BOP WORLD TOUR, the first rock concert designed for kids. The tour, in partnership with VEE Corporation, will hit more than 80 markets beginning on October 12th in Davenport, IA, and will bring KIDZ BOP to life for its millions of fans.

Designed as an introduction to a real, live rock show experience - in the same kind of kid-friendly environment KIDZ BOP is known for providing - the KIDZ BOP WORLD TOUR is a live concert experience featuring a full band, with vocal duties shared by adults and kids alike. Like the KIDZ BOP brand itself, the KIDZ BOP WORLD TOUR encourages kids to get up and sing along. With local participants, video screens and song voting, kids will be the biggest part of the show. A VEE Corporation/Kidz Bop LLC Production, this is KIDZ BOP's first full-scale venture into the world of live family entertainment. VEE is the premier company for live family entertainment, also producing Sesame Street Live which is now in its 27th year.
Information about the all-new Dodge Grand Caravan will be available at every KIDZ BOP WORLD TOUR performance and audience members will preview a special music video, produced exclusively for Dodge by KIDZ BOP, during the pre-show and intermission. Kids around the country will then have the opportunity to make their own version of music video as part of the "Let the Music Drive You" online contest, also sponsored by Dodge and hosted on KIDZBOP.com. The contest, which runs the duration of the tour, invites kids to download a KIDZ BOP song from KIDZBOP.com, create their music video, then upload the video back onto the site. At the end of the submission period, visitors to the website will view and vote on one Grand Prize winner of a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT for his or her family. Submissions will be accepted October 10th, 2007-May 31st, 2008.

COREY SMITH INKS WITH RAZOR & TIE ENTERTAINMENT
MYSPACE PHENOM'S NEW ALBUM "HARD-HEADED FOOL" DUE OUT IN STORES SEPTEMBER 25TH
(New York, NY) - Further expanding its involvement with talented up-and-coming artists, Razor & Tie Entertainment has announced the signing of Corey Smith to an exclusive North American distribution deal. A former high school teacher and Jefferson, Georgia-native, Smith is consistently ranked as the #1 unsigned country artist on Myspace.com and is in the Top 30 among artists of all genres, with nearly 60,000 friends flocking to his site enjoying more than 3.5 million plays of his music. A relentless tour schedule since Smith's becoming a full time artist at the beginning of 2006 has resulted in over 100 sold-out shows in more than 50 markets in the Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic and $2.5 million in ticket revenues, averaging nearly 1,000 tickets sold per show over the past twelve months. DAR WILLIAMS FIRST-EVER LIVE DVD DUE OCTOBER 16TH
(New York, NY) - Razor & Tie Entertainment is set to release singer/songwriter Dar Williams' first-ever live DVD, LIVE AT BEARSVILLE THEATER, on October 16th. Performing her greatest hits and personal favorites, the DVD showcases Williams' compelling and thought-provoking music in a captivating live performance from a 2-night stint at the legendary Bearsville Theater in Woodstock, NY. This extended DVD will feature bonus videos and behind the scenes footage, and was produced by Ellenbogen Productions (Joss Stone, KT Tunstall) in High Definition and mixed in 5.1 Surround Sound.
"Performing live in front of audiences is where I am most at home," says Williams. "The idea of capturing it on film for the first time was just a dream come true."
Her first release in over two years, this deluxe 15 track DVD captures Williams at her best. Comprised of a solo set as well as full backing band performance, Williams illuminates the stories behind her music with her trademark humor and warmth. The DVD also features a brand new song, "The Easy Way", as well as a spirited rendition of The Grateful Dead classic "Ripple." KIDZ BOP 12 IS 6TH CONSECUTIVE KIDZ BOP TITLE TO DEBUT IN BILLBOARD TOP 10
NEWLY-RELAUNCHED KIDZBOP.COM BOASTS 4 MIILLION VIDEO STREAMS AND 650,000 UNIQUE VISITORS IN JULY
(New York, NY) - KIDZ BOP 12 is the 6th consecutive KIDZ BOP title to debut in the Billboard Top 10 entering the Billboard Top 200 Album chart at the #7 position. In addition, KIDZ BOP 12 sold more albums via the internet than other album in the United States.
The release of KIDZ BOP 12 comes on the heels of the relaunch of KIDZBOP.com. The new site which allows kids to upload and watch videos has had over 4 million video streams and 650,000 unique visitors for the month of July (its first in operation). In other news, the KIDZ BOP WORLD TOUR kicks off in Davenport, IA on October 12th, 2007 and then continues to more than 80 markets nationwide.

VH1 CLASSIC AND RAZOR & TIE ENTERTAINMENT DONATE PROCEEDS FROM A TWISTED CHRISTMAS TO AUTISM SPEAKS/CURE AUTISM NOW
A TWISTED CHRISTMAS LIVE DVD DUE OUT SEPTEMBER 25TH
(New York, NY) - Twisted Sister's Dee Snider and Jay Jay French recently stopped by the VH1 Classic offices to present Autism Speaks/Cure Autism Now with a check for $17,000. The check represents the proceeds from Twisted Sister's A TWISTED CHRISTMAS, the rockin' holiday album that enamored both critics and fans alike.
A TWISTED CHRISTMAS features rock n' roll versions of beloved Christmas classics including "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas", "Deck The Halls" and "Oh Come All Ye Faithful". The Associated Press raved, "This is, quite simply, the best hard rock Christmas album ever made, and one of the best rock ní roll Christmas albums - period - since Elvis made his. It's that good." A half-hour music special about the album, "Hangin' With Twisted Sister" aired on VH1 Classic throughout the month of December, 2006. The album garnered the legendary band their first national television appearances with performances on The Tonight Show and The Late, Late Show With Craig Ferguson.
The album's success prompted demand for a live DVD of Twisted Sister's take on Christmas. On September 25th, Razor & Tie Entertainment will release A TWISTED CHRISTMAS LIVE, a DVD of the band's holiday '06 show at New Jersey's legendary Starland Ballroom. The DVD will feature performances of tunes from A TWISTED CHRISTMAS, as well as Twisted Sister's greatest hits.
