AMERICA'S HEALTH, FITNESS, LIFESTYLE GURU AND NEW PRESIDENTIAL APPOINTEE DONNA RICHARDSON JOYNER TO RELEASE HIGHLY ANTICIPATED FOLLOW-UP WORKOUT VIDEO

"SWEATING IN THE SPIRIT 2" DUE FOR WINTER 2006 RELEASE; DVD FEATURES CONCERT AND WORK-OUT PROGRAM ALL-IN-ONE

(New York, NY)- Donna Richardson Joyner, America's foremost-and most beautiful-health, fitness and lifestyle guru, will release a follow-up workout DVD to her wildly popular "Sweating In The Spirit," which got Americans moving in record numbers. "Sweating In The Spirit 2" will be released by Razor & Tie in the Winter of 2006. The DVD is a one-of-a kind product featuring a live concert and an inspirational workout in all-in-one. It includes 10 minutes of line dancing, 20 minutes of walking in the spirit, and 30 minutes of aerobics and muscle conditioning.

The new video will continue Joyner's important, energetic crusade toward improving the fitness of Americans. The DVD will feature music entirely performed by a live band, lots of original music and performances by gospel superstars Byron Cage, Martha Munizzi and RiZen, who join Donna and company right on the workout floor. The new release also contains a section dedicated to Donna working out with children and families, as they are a major focus for her fitness outreach. Richardson Joyner says, "my purpose has always been to be a part of the process that creates change."

Widely known for her award-winning "Sweating In The Spirit" and "Buns of Steel" videos, Richardson Joyner also created and produces two television shows-"The Donna Richardson Show" on TV One and "Sweating In The Spirit" on The Word Network.

Wife of popular syndicated radio personality, the "Fly Jock" Tom Joyner, she was recently appointed by President George W. Bush to his prestigious Council On Physical Fitness and Sports. During her two-year term, Donna will work toward promoting physical fitness for children since American children have become alarmingly sedentary and overweight (due to poor diets and the removal of physical education from the majority of U.S. schools). "I am excited to be a member of this council and have another forum in which to shine a light on the importance of health and fitness, not just for children, but for all Americans," said Richardson Joyner.

Recently inducted into the Fitness Hall of Fame, Richardson Joyner also entered the Guinness Book of World Records for leading the world's largest line dance, with over 50,000 participants. Essence Magazine named her "one of the most inspiring women in America." Richardson Joyner is an advocate for wholeness in health with a special focus on physical, mental and spiritual well-being. An author and popular motivational speaker, the super-busy Donna Richardson Joyner is poised to change not only the face, but the body, of America.
