RAZOR & TIE INTRODUCES NEW HOLIDAY KIDZ BOP® TITLE; A VERY MERRY KIDZ BOP FEATURES FIRST-EVER KIDZ BOP ORIGINAL SONG

(New York, NY) – Just in time for the holiday season, Razor & Tie Entertainment has released a new KIDZ BOP title: A VERY MERRY KIDZ BOP. Picking up where the gold-certified KIDZ BOP CHRISTMAS left off, the album features fifteen more Christmas favorites including “O Christmas Tree”, “Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer”, “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” and “Joy To The World”. It also includes the first-ever original KIDZ BOP song, “Go Christmas”.

Seasonal favorites KIDZ BOP HALLOWEEN and KIDZ BOP CHRISTMAS will also be re-released this year. KIDZ BOP HALLOWEEN is the only mass-marketed Halloween music collection available for children. RAZOR & TIE TO RELEASE FIRST-EVER COMPILATION CD FROM HIP-HOP MAGAZINE XXL

(New York, NY) – On November 15th, 2005, Razor & Tie Entertainment will release the first-ever compilation from XXL Magazine, the #1 selling hip-hop magazine worldwide. XXL Raps Volume 1 will feature the freshest tracks from today’s hottest hip-hop stars, including Eminem, 50 Cent, T.I., best-selling members of G-Unit and Terror Squad and many, many more. The release will be supported by a multi-faceted marketing effort as well as Razor & Tie’s noted direct response television resources. XXL will provide significant exposure for the CD as well.

RAZOR & TIE EXPANDS HUGELY SUCCESSFUL KIDZ BOP® BRAND WITH RELEASE OF FIRST-EVER ORIGINAL MUSIC VIDEO COLLECTION ON DVD

(New York, NY) – On November 1st, Razor & Tie Entertainment will release KIDZ BOP: THE VIDEOS, the first-ever DVD collection of nine original music videos taken from the hugely successful KIDZ BOP series. Each original music video corresponds to a hit song featured on a CD in the KIDZ BOP series. To date, the KIDZ BOP titles have sold over 5 million copies and include five gold records.

The nine music videos feature hit songs sung by kids for kids™ as well as creative visual interpretations of the songs geared toward parent-friendly, kid-approved™ entertainment. In addition to the nine original music videos (selected from songs featured on KIDZ BOP 1-8), the DVD also features “behind the scenes” bonus footage which includes the making of several of the videos on the DVD.

The DVD release is part of Razor & Tie’s expansion of the KIDZ BOP franchise beyond CDs. As part of this expansion, Razor & Tie has partnered with toy giants Fisher-Price on the brand-new Star Station™. KIDZ BOP music is featured in Star Station™ which lets kids hear and see themselves on television. Star Station™ is the proud sponsor of KIDZ BOP: THE VIDEOS.

The first video from the DVD, for “Since U Been Gone”, is currently being shown at Chuck E. Cheese restaurants nationwide, as part of a recent partnership between Razor & Tie and the restaurant chain. The video made its debut on the homepage on Yahooligans! (Yahoo!’s web guide for children) on July 19th and was then featured as a bonus enhancement on the recently-released KIDZ BOP 8. The video, directed by Wormseye Films was described as “a neat mix of art and pop” by The New York Times and was just featured in Blender’s “Hot” issue.

KIDZ BOP 8 recently debuted at #6 on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart, making it the highest charting non-soundtrack children’s release in the history of Billboard. Since their introduction in 2001, the KIDZ BOP titles have become the best known brand in kids’ music. Billboard named the KIDZ BOP KIDZ ™ the #1 Children’s Music Artist for 2002, 2003 and 2004.
