YERBA BUENA EMBARKS ON THE "TWO TONGUES TOUR"
With each passing day, a new bilingual urban culture is growing in America’s cities. In the gatherings of young, city-raised second & third generation Latinos, urban style and Latin culture fuse into a world of “two tongue” comfort. It is here that Andres Levin’s Latin funk collective YERBA BUENA are providing a soundtrack of new Spanglish musical fusion – first with their Grammy-nominated debut President Alien and again with the recently released and highly praised album Island Life. RAZOR & TIE TO PARTNER WITH CHUCK E. CHEESE FOR NATIONAL KIDZ BOP PROMOTION
Razor & Tie Entertainment will partner with family restaurant and entertainment chain Chuck E. Cheese for a national, chain-wide KIDZ BOP® promotion. The partnership will also include a contest/sweepstakes. The original music video for “Since U Been Gone” (which is included on the KIDZ BOP 8 CD) will be shown on video screens in Chuck E. Cheese restaurants throughout the months of September, October and November and incorporated into the Chuck E. Cheese stage show.
The contest/sweepstakes portion will be promoted in Chuck E. Cheese restaurants and hosted on the newly-relaunched KIDZ BOP website, www.kidzbop.com beginning October 1st. The contest/sweepstakes will give parents and children a chance to win a grand prize of a party at Chuck E. Cheese and all future and current KIDZ BOP audio and video releases. Twenty-five first prizes consisting of Chuck E. Cheese guest passes and KIDZ BOP merchandise will also be awarded.
